about me
The speculative future is where we join together!
My ambition is to devote myself to both human and non-human agencies. For example, ethical research on Artificial Intelligence, a new social contract for living with computational entities, indigenous relationships with the environment and creatures. By contributing to the JUSTICE development of Extended Reality, I consider it my responsibility as a researcher, UX designer, media artist and critical technologist to push the platform to fight for equity and provide accessible services for everyone.
Inspired by the Eco-Feminism theory elaborated by Donna J. Haraway and the Data Feminism methodology claimed by Catherine D'Ignazio and Lauren F. Klein. I developed my own strategy and critical structure to anticipate the impact of technologies on human and non-human agencies, and create tangible experiences that demonstrate care. Through making and storytelling in a multi-disciplinary context, I’m excited to develop a new relationship between human and non-human agencies like the world around us, as well as AI.
I prototype at the early stage of the majority of product developing workflow, the space in between is where I incorporate my critical storytelling strategies to the design team. I’m always intrigued by the key moments when people communicate with each other or interact with non-human agencies. XR as a global-developed platform brings along many opportunities and risks at an insane speed.
Some of my personal concept area of interest include Eco-Feminism, Data Feminism, contemporary indigenous daily activities, digital fashion experience, and creative input for XR.
